A great find for Tokyo. 5 min walk from Tokyo station, amazing price and exceptional staff. We booked this hotel for convenience on our last night in Japan and it turned out to be a great pick. Not meant to be luxurious or super comfortable, it turned out to still be comfortable and really practical for us on our last day. We shipped our luggage along the way during our trip to the hotel (via Yamato) and they kept them all until we arrived. They accommodated a last minute request for change (due to a mistake I made during booking) and they allowed us to have late checkouts for our rooms. It is also the only hotel in Japan who was able to give us rooms (3 of them) next to each other. Overall, a probably as comfortable accommodation as our first hotel in Tokyo (in Shinjuku) for half the price!

After a long 11hour flight, I stayed the hotel on my first arrival day before heading towards Hakone. The place is located within 5 min walking, around 2 blocks away from Tokyo station Yaesu exit and it can be easily to be found, particularly with the staff waiting at the street corner. The reception staff were very helpful during the check in, patiently helped us arranging luggage delivery service to purchase next hotel at 6am that she had to make many calls due to out of hours. The room was super clean, size is enough for two people at this reasonably price. Overall the hotel is great and would stay again!

The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station where you can get the Shinkansen to other Japanese cities. Tokyo Station's underground galleries take you almost to the hotel door, using exit 22. This was important for us: we stayed during the Winter and arrived during snowfall! There's a 24/7 convenience store (Family Mart) just a block away and you can find street restaurants nearby, although we liked the station's restaurants best. During our stay breakfast wasn't included. The room was warm, clean, well maintained/new, and we had comfortable nights.

The hotel is very close to the JR Tokyo Station, and also other main subway lines. There are several good restaurants around — some hard to find are amazing. The staff is very kind, the hotel super clean. It's a simple hotel, but with a good service and breakfast. The room is very silent, even if close to main roads. Tokyo's hotels are expensive, so, considering this, it's worth the value.

Fabio

Yaesu area undergoing major renovations and upgrading. The subway exit 22 to the hotel was upgraded but if carrying suitcase would be an issue as there are no escalators or elevators. Competent hotel was trying a different neighborhood and near Tokyo station
